What is your fulfillment and shipping timeframe?

Do to the nature of custom wood based products, we are currently running on 2-3 days fulfillment. Once the product has been completed and the finish cured, the product will be prepped for shipping. Shipping is dependent on what was chosen during checkout. Upon shipping, a tracking number will be provided to the consumer.

Domestic vs. International Shipping

At this time, Between the Bark is only shipping domestically within the United States. If you wish to have something shipped internationally please use the form on the Contact page to inquire about the potential for international shipping. This will be done on a case by case basis and is not guaranteed.

Return Policy?

Returns on customized products will not be accepted as the product was made specifically and customized to the buyer. If you purchase a customized product and realize you no longer wish to receive it, please contact us immediately, if we had not started your fulfillment we will work with you to cancel your order. However, if the fulfillment has already begun, no cancellation/refund will be provided. If the product is a standard non-customized purchase, the buyer has 72 hours once the product is delivered/received to contact the Between the Bark team to initiate a return, after 72 hours post receiving the product, no return will be allowed.

What do I do if my product is damaged when I receive it?

If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping please contact the carrier FIRST to determine if they will compensate the damage. Also, please utilize the CONTACT page for Between the Bark within the first 24 hours of delivery to notify us of the damage. We will work with you and the carrier to determine how to provide a non-damaged replacement.

What if I purchase a personalized item with misspellings?

We strive to provide the most accurate engravings on all products. Whatever is entered in the customization submission box is what we use to guide the custom engraving. If you realize there was an entered error, please contact us immediately via the CONTACT page to alert us to an edit/correction to the submission. If the product is already in fulfillment, we will attempt to correct prior to finishing, however, it is not 100% guaranteed depending on the stage of fulfillment. Please be diligent in entering the Customized name/saying/text when purchasing.
